Please make sure when checking out you DOUBLE CHECK all shipping information, We are not responsible for shipments that do not make it to their location due to false shipping information.
Unclaimed Orders
If your order is unclaimed and returns back to us, we will send you an email whether you want it sent back to you or a refund minus the shipping cost. This is to cover the transit to and from the destination address.
Wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, please upload photos to our contact page. We will provide you a shipping label and will cover any costs incurred for transit of the parcel. Please keep in mind refunds can take up to two weeks to process. This is out of our hands and solely up to the payment providers. Some are quick but some take a while. Once we have received your parcel it can take up to 7 working days to process
