How long will shipping and processing times take?

Shipping and processing time will take 5-7 weeks from the time you order. We appreciate your patience.

Do you cover import costs?
we do not cover any import taxes or costs if they are incurred. Import duties are enforced by local governments and are in no way connected to, imposed or controlled by Offshore or the freight providers.

Can I amend my shipping information once I have submitted my order?
If an order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot change anything about the order. If it has not been shipped however we can adjust shipping address etc.
